SEOUL -- South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol, smarting from his conservative party's losses in pivotal legislative elections last week, pledged on Tuesday to prioritize issues related to living standards as he seeks a fresh start with more than three years left to govern.
In televised remarks at a Cabinet meeting -- his first public appearance since Wednesday's National Assembly election -- Yoon said that such matters are his administration's "first, second and third" priorities.
