North Korea's Kim Jong Un poses with gun, triples military visits

Leader says enemies must be contained with overwhelming force

SEOUL -- North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has significantly increased his public appearances with the military and weapons industry, a South Korean study of state media coverage shows, in a sign of a steadily more confrontational stance against Seoul and Washington.

Kim made 11 such appearances in the three months through February, the Korea Institute for National Unification in Seoul reports.
