Goldman Sachs to name Hidehiro Imatsu as Japan unit president

TOKYO -- Goldman Sachs is set to name Hidehiro Imatsu, a 52-year-old Japanese manager at the investment bank, president of Goldman Sachs Japan, Nikkei has learned.

Imatsu, currently co-head of global interest-rate products trading based in Hong Kong, will move to Tokyo and assume the post on June 3. He will succeed Masanori Mochida, who stepped down late last year after 22 years in the top job.
