Zhao Leji, chairman of the National People's Congress, landed in Pyongyang on Thursday for a three-day tour. The No. 3 official in the Chinese Communist Party hierarchy brought a delegation of party and state representatives on an "official friendship visit," including commemorations of the 75th anniversary of relations.
